Depending on your Apple operating system and browser version, closed captioning can be enabled on the Safari web browser by doing the following:
- Reload the URL to the video player with closed captioning already turned on; or
- On your Mac, go to System Preferences, select Accessibility, select Captions on the left-side menu, and then select “Prefer closed captions and SDH”
