The password reset code isn't recognized when resetting my password.

When you try resetting your PBS account password and you follow the link in the email sent to you, you may encounter the error message:

“We didn’t recognize that password reset code. Enter your email below, and we will send you another.”

This error message can appear for two reasons:

  1. You have already clicked a link in the password reset email. You will only be able to reset your password after clicking the link for the first time. Clicking the link more than once will return the error message. Please enter your email address and click Send to request a new password reset email.
  2. It has been longer than 30 minutes since you've received the password reset email. 30 minutes after you receive the password reset email, the links in the email will expire, and you will need to request a new email. When you receive the new email, please follow the link and reset your password within 30 minutes.
