My account was blocked after too many failed login attempts. How can I unlock it?

If you've attempted to sign in to your PBS account, but have entered the incorrect password too many times, your account will become locked from further login attempts for the next hour. This is a security measure to prevent someone else from accessing your account. 

To unlock your account, please reset the personal password for your PBS account by selecting the "Forgot your password?" option above the "Sign In" button.
