I believe I am already a member. How can I check?

To see if your PBS Passport membership has been activated, please click the following link and follow the instructions:

Be sure to use the same email address you used when you signed up for PBS Passport. If your email address is in our system, you will come to a screen that displays:

  • A confirmation that you have activated (a).
  • A link to where you can sign in (b).
  • Member status for any additional accounts you may have (c).
  • If you see that an activation link has been emailed to you (d), be sure to check your spam folder to see if the email was inadvertently delivered there. Also, be sure you are checking the correct email account; the email account you used when registering for Passport.

If you get a message saying your email address cannot be found, you are not using the same email address that is on file with your station. Think of any other email addresses you may have used and try signing in with those.
