Unfortunately, Roku no longer supports Roku 4 models (4400X), and we have no way of updating the PBS app on these models to make updates moving forward.
Since we cannot update the PBS app on your Roku, our only recommendation at this time is to use a newer device still supported by Roku or an alternative streaming device that supports the PBS app.
