I signed in to PBS with my real email address, but changed the email my Apple account uses and now I cannot log in.

If you changed your email associated with your Apple ID after having logged in to PBS, you will need to re-link your PBS and Apple accounts. In order to do this, please follow the steps below:

  1. On your Apple device, navigate to the Password & Security screen through your device's main settings. Click here to see Apple’s guide on how to find this menu on your device.
  2. Select Apps Using Your Apple ID. A list of apps should appear. Select PBS.  
  3. Select Stop Using Apple ID to disconnect your Apple ID from PBS’s account system.  
  4. Log back into PBS with Apple. Apple will prompt you through the initial account linking steps again. NOTE: In certain situations, if you change your identity and log back into PBS, you could be creating or signing in to a separate account from the one you previously accessed.
