If you changed your email associated with your Apple ID after having logged in to PBS, you will need to re-link your PBS and Apple accounts. In order to do this, please follow the steps below:
- On your Apple device, navigate to the Password & Security screen through your device's main settings. Click here to see Apple’s guide on how to find this menu on your device.
- Select Apps Using Your Apple ID. A list of apps should appear. Select PBS.
- Select Stop Using Apple ID to disconnect your Apple ID from PBS’s account system.
- Log back into PBS with Apple. Apple will prompt you through the initial account linking steps again. NOTE: In certain situations, if you change your identity and log back into PBS, you could be creating or signing in to a separate account from the one you previously accessed.
