How do I sign in on the iPhone/iPad app?

If you are coming to the app for the first time:

  • Tap the Profile icon in the upper left.

  • Tap Sign In.

  • You can sign in with your Email using your PBS account information. After entering your email and password, tap "Sign In with Email". You may also sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple.


  • If you receive an error message that says "an error has occurred", or if the screen flashes and does not sign you in, then it is an email/password mismatch. Double-check that your email address is spelled correctly with the proper punctuation. If the email is correct, select Forgot your password? to reset the password on your PBS account.

  • After signing in you will be returned to the homepage of the PBS app. This may take a moment to load as your sign in account is linked to the PBS app. You may tap the Profile icon at any time to view your sign-in information.
