How do I log into my Passport account on my Apple TV?

Once you have activated your PBS Passport membership benefit, the PBS app on your supported streaming device will update automatically to provide access to Passport videos on the app as long as you are signed in with the same account you linked to your benefit during activation. 

If you are signed in with a different account on the PBS app on your Apple TV, you can follow the steps below to switch accounts on the app.

At the bottom of the app's left-hand menu, select Profile.

At the bottom of the settings menu, select the option to Change Account and then Sign Out.

The app will refresh and you will be prompted to activate. Select Activate Now.

Activation instructions appear on the screen along with a 7-character activation code.

Every device has its own unique code, so double-check your device's code before proceeding.

For Step 1, you will need to use a mobile device or computer to visit or use your smartphone's camera to scan the QR code on the TV screen to be taken directly to

Enter your unique code listed in Step 2 into the Activation Code box on Select Continue.

You will then be prompted to sign in with a PBS account or through Google, Facebook, or Apple.

Sign in with the same account you originally linked to your Passport benefit.

A screen should appear confirming that your Apple TV device has been activated. Return to your Apple TV where the screen should update to show the home screen of the PBS app.
