Videos are not playing on my Apple TV

Remove and reinstall the PBS app from the Apple TV by pressing and holding the select button on the app's icon on the home screen

Go to the App Store on your Apple TV and reinstall the PBS app.

You can also try resetting your home network by turning off your router/modem, waiting a few minutes, and then turning back on.
