Memberships do not carry over from station to station, except for some stations who have satellite stations and partnerships.
Being a member at one station does not mean you are also a member with another station. Each PBS station is operated separately and therefore you would have to discontinue your membership with one station and start a membership with the other. It should be noted you can be a member with more than one station at a time.
