If you encounter an issue while using the PBS app on LG TV, you can first try force closing the app to stop it from running on your TV. Once it's closed, you can reopen the app from your TV's home screen and try using it again.
To force close the app, while the app is open, press the button for more options on your remote. This button looks like three dots in a horizontal line (⋯).
A box for More Actions should appear on your TV. Use your remote to navigate to the bottom option in this box - Quit App - and select it.
The PBS app should now close and can be reopened from the APPS row on your TV's home screen.
