The PBS app is supported on LG TVs in the United States that run on webOS 23 and higher, which includes the following LG TVs:
- LG TVs released in 2023 and later that are running on webOS 23 or higher (webOS 24, web OS 25...).
- LG TVs released in 2022 that are able to update to webOS 23 through their LG TV's update system. Some 2022 LG TVs are unable to update to webOS 23 through LG.
If your LG TV was released in 2021 or earlier, or was released in 2022 but is not able to update its webOS to webOS 23, the PBS app will unfortunately be unavailable for use on your LG TV. The PBS app is also unavailable on LG TVs in Canada at this time.

To check which version of webOS your LG TV is running on, please follow these instructions from LG. You may have an update available to update to a newer version of webOS, which you can also find and update through the instructions on LG's website linked above.
