Can I check my Passport status from my profile?

Yes. You can use the Check Your PBS Passport Status feature located in your profile to check your Passport status. 

  • Check the status of your PBS Passport subscription by clicking Check Your PBS Passport Status at the bottom of your profile page (Figure 1).

  • In the textbox provided, type the email address associated with your Passport account (Figure 2.1).
  • Click Look up my account (Figure 2).

  • A message displays notifying you that your Passport status information has been automatically sent to the email address that displays (Figure 3).
