I keep getting an error message when I view Passport content on my Safari browser

We're aware of a recent error message on some Safari browsers saying videos will not load. We're looking into the issue on our side to find a fix as soon as possible. Be sure you are using the latest version of Safari. Update Safari

Until these issues are fixed, we recommend that you try using another browser, such as Firefox or Google Chrome, as we've had no reports of the same error message appearing on those other browsers.
