How do I log into my Passport account on my Apple TV?

Once you have activated your PBS Passport membership benefit, the PBS app on your supported streaming device will update automatically to provide access to Passport videos on the app as long as you are signed in with the same account you linked to your benefit during activation.

If you are already using the PBS app on your Apple TV, but need to switch the account you're signed in with, you can follow the steps below to log in with the account linked to your Passport benefit.

At the bottom of the app's left-hand menu, select Profile.

At the bottom of the settings menu, there is an option to Change Account > Log Out 

A screen indicating the app needs to be activated appears. Select Activate Now.

Activation instructions are displayed on the screen along with a 7-character activation code.
