If you are receiving an Activation Was Not Successful! message when trying to activate the PBS app on Roku, you may have entered the activation code incorrectly. To try again:

  • Go to your computer and type http://www.pbs.org/activate in the address bar. 
  • Carefully re-enter your activation code in the textbox provided.
  • Click Continue
